At Aspire MMA, we offer a variety of classes to suit all ages, fitness levels, and experience. Don’t let age or experience deter you from starting, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete!
All our classes incorporate self-defence techniques, giving you the skills and confidence to protect yourself while getting fit.

BOXING (60min)
Designed for everyone from beginners to more experienced practitioners. Our boxing class focuses on fundamental footwork and punch technique, pad work, partner drills, bag work, fitness based circuits and conditioning.
This class gives students the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of boxing as well as a great workout.
MUAY THAI (60min)
Muay Thai, known as the Art of 8 limbs because of the use of punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Originating from Thailand, it has become popular all over the west as a very effective and fun style of kickboxing.
Classes are for beginners to intermediate level and focus on effective kicks, elbows, knees, and punches (8 Limbs), pad work, partner drilling, shadow boxing, bag work and light clinch work.
GRAPPLING (60min)
This class focuses on the ground-fighting component of MMA, teaching effective get-ups, positional control, and submissions. Learn how to take an opponent to the ground, maintain control, and apply joint locks and chokes. Drills include takedowns, positional escapes, reversals, partner work, and controlled live training. Perfect for beginners and experienced grapplers looking to sharpen their ground game.
STRIKING (45min)
Our striking class blends techniques from Muay Thai, kickboxing, and Western boxing. You’ll develop strong fundamentals with footwork drills, punch and kick techniques, and both offensive and defensive strategies to improve your stand-up game.
Expect weekly themes to simplify and break down key concepts, ensuring well-rounded development. Classes include partner drills, pad work, and conditioning to build both skill and fitness while focusing on safe and effective technique.
MMA (60min)
Mixed Martial Arts utilises the most effective techniques from all martial arts. The MMA class covers essential escapes, throws, submissions and strikes. Below is what you can expect to learn.
Striking - Boxing and kickboxing footwork, combinations and pads.
Clinch- Muay Thai and wrestling takedowns, trips and striking.
Grappling - Effective get up’s and submissions from bottom position. Learning to effectively use leverage to your advantage as well as submissions both joint manipulations and chokes.
Cardio BOXING (45min)
Our cardio boxing classes are a perfect offering for those interested in stepping it up from the usual cardio boxing performed at larger commercial gyms. Think of a more technical version of a fitness-based boxing program.
Expect footwork drills, shadow boxing basics, bag work, partner pad work and conditioning circuits.
MMA HIIT (45min)
This class blends elements of Mixed Martial arts as seen in the UFC into a high energy workout.
There will be varying workouts that include use of heavy bags, slam balls, battle ropes, body weight exercises, ground and pound bags and partner pad work.
Workouts include punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and a mix of equipment-based strength and conditioning. The goal of our MMA HIIT classes is to improve fitness, build strength, and enhance body composition—all while keeping the energy levels high and the intensity up.
