At Aspire MMA, what sets us apart is our belief that martial arts is a lifestyle—a journey of growth and development.
Our coaches are committed to their students. In return, we encourage students to commit to two training days per week to build consistency and determination. This foundation fosters not only physical strength but also positive self-relationships and a strong learning mindset.

KIDS & TEENS MMA
Our Kids and Teens MMA program is all year round - no terms! We expect a commitment of 2 classes a week. The program includes a graded system, incorporating learnings from boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu to teach a complete system.
The aim of our syllabus is to provide students with a roadmap to competency in all areas of martial arts by selecting only the most effective techniques and skills that contribute to creating a complete martial artist.
At Aspire MMA, we do not teach techniques that aren’t effective in both self-defence and competition. Aspire MMA’s syllabus is built on its tested robustness in the competition arena.
All kids and teens will learn respect for their training partners and, importantly, for themselves. This is instilled through an understanding of their physical and mental capabilities, learning constraints, and emotional regulation.
Kids and teens can expect a class structured with warm-up exercises and stretching, drills and techniques for striking, clinch work, and grappling, as well as strategies for specific situations of attack, defence, and escape. Classes also include partner and team games, and Q&A.
Our kids and teens classes provide a safe environment for young individuals to come together, build self-confidence and resilience, make new friends, and learn a lifelong skill.
